1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT/Wire)

  • Digital wallets and secure checkout options (Stripe, Apple Pay, etc.)

All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified at checkout.

2. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize ILKSEPET LLC to charge the specified amount for the products or services selected.
If an automatic billing arrangement is in place (e.g., subscription), you agree to allow recurring billing in accordance with the frequency you selected (monthly, annually, etc.).

3. Billing Cycles (for Subscriptions & Services)

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • You will be notified via email before each renewal unless auto-renewal is disabled in your account.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

4. Invoicing & Receipts

  • Digital invoices are issued automatically upon successful payment.

  • You can request a detailed receipt or VAT invoice by emailing us at billing@ilksepet.com.

  • All charges will appear as "ILKSEPET LLC" or associated brand name on your bank or card statement.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment fails or is declined, your order or service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

  • We will attempt to reprocess the payment up to 3 times before cancellation.

  • Additional bank or processing fees may apply depending on your financial institution.

6. Taxes and Duties

  • Applicable sales tax, VAT, or import duties may be added based on your billing address and regional laws.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional local taxes or customs fees not collected at checkout.

7. Refunds & Disputes

  • All billing disputes are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 business days of the charge.

  • Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Currency Conversions

If you are paying in a currency other than USD, the exchange rate is determined by your bank or payment provider. ILKSEPET LLC is not responsible for conversion rates or international fees.
