1. Shipping Origin

All orders are processed and shipped from our primary fulfillment center located in the United States of America (USA). We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide, subject to local customs and regulations.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • During peak seasons or special campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Aramex, and international postal services.

  • The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination, delivery speed, and order value.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

  • Free shipping may be available for specific products or order thresholds (e.g., over $100).

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

7. Delivery Issues

  • For undeliverable packages due to incorrect address or customer absence, additional reshipping fees may apply.

  • If your country is not supported by our carriers, your order may be canceled and refunded.

8. Customs and Import Regulations

  • ILKSEPET LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legally allowed in their country.

  • If an item is refused entry by a customs agency and returned to us, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to embargoed countries or regions where US law prohibits commercial activity. These may include (but are not limited to):

  • North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and certain regions under international sanctions.
